Plugged in MCP. Just received it today. Everything lights up fine, but it is not recognized by the provided software. Checked device manager, it shows up as an Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Request Failed) I’ve tried everything, I removed the device, uninstalled it, restarted computer, updated computer and then restarted, still nothing. Got some kind of XPlane 11 error from the software saying the device driver could not be installed. I cannot get that to show up again. After playing around a bit and trying different things, the device error in device manager is gone. However, the cockpitmaster software still doesn’t recognize this device. How can I fix this?
