It seems the altitude knob on my MCP 737x isn’t working correctly, physically speaking, because when I turn it, doesn’t respond well; it jumps and struggles to function properly. I’ve run a test with Cockpit Simulator, and the values are the same as on the display. In short, it seems to be malfunctioning quite a bit, if not completely unusable. It’s a shame because it’s not a cheap piece of equipment, and I haven’t had it for very long. Ultimately, if I want to continue using it, I’ll have to take it to a specialized repair shop, and I need your advice on what part, with some technical specifications, needs to be replaced so that it works again.
I’m sorry to hear about this. Please contact the supplier from your purchase channel—they will verify your order details and provide after-sales replacement service if applicable. If you purchased from our official website, you can also reach out to us via our official email ([email protected]) and provide your order information.
I purchased the product in March 2023 through Aerosoft. I’m not sure if it’s still eligible for replacement, but I suspect not. Sending the device for repair isn’t an option, mainly due to the time it would take to send and receive it, plus the shipping and repair costs. I simply need a technical channel to determine the most appropriate replacement spare part and have the repair done nearby as soon as possible.
