As i understood the 737 CDU will be compatible with the PMDG 777.
But how will this work with the different menu buttons like VNAV, ATC, and the different location of the MENU and FIX page buttons? Will the locations be the same and the labels will be swapped so FIX button goes to MENU page, etc?

in 747-400/747-8:

N1 LIMIT ā NAV RAD
in 777:
CLB ā FMC COMM
CRZ ā ALTN
DES ā VNAV

These few buttons have differences and their functions have been redefined, while others remain the same.
Iām betting this has been asked and answered but do you have a timeline as to when the 737cdu will work on the PMDG 777. I know I know today is the release date but everyone loves the equipment and want to use it.

After the release of the MSFS PMDG 777 SDK, it will take approximately a week for us to implement support for our 737 CDU.
Will it be possible to use the 737 MCP + EFIS with the 777 in the future? That would be terrific!!
