I have the 737 CDU from CS since 2022 and been very happy with it. It is holding up real good but since a couple of weeks i noticed that when in the sim my pc makes a usb disconnect sound, the sim freezes and then crashes. I started some troubleshooting and noticed that this only happens when i have the CDU plugged in and nothing else.
The screen of the CDU stays on during the freeze until it eventually lose connection due to the sim crash. I don’t think its a sim issue since said earlier it only happens with the CDU connected.
Are there any other users experiencing this as well or is it just because the CDU gets old?
Would be ashame since it was quite expensive (eventhough the quality is superb) and i couldn’t use it anymore due to this regular sim crashes.

May I ask if your CDU performs any normal tests under TEST when only running Bridge software?
Please tell us your software environment: operating system, flight simulation game platform name, aircraft addon name and version, whether you are running antivirus software, etc.
Also, does it run normally on other aircraft addons?

Im running the basic windows anti-virus and i only use it on the 737/777.
Dear Sir,
We have not received any similar feedback from other clients at present. I suggest you check the computer hardware (such as using MemTest86+to test memory stability, Prime95 to test CPU stability, FurMark to test graphics card stability), or reinstall the system or game. A normal USB disconnection has no reason to ruin the game.
