CS 737X CDU key backlight always OFF

Hello,

from a last of time my CS 737X CDU unit continue to have the key backlight OFF during use on my pmdg on MS2020.

Its update to Version: v2024.5.3 and during test inside COCKPITSIMULATOR BRIDGE the backlight its present.

but during use in cockpit the backlight remain OFF…
any solution?

Please use this knob on the AFT electronic panel to adjust the panel brightness of both CDUs .
