Daisy Chain Termination Plugs

Hi I bought 2 EFISs, an 737 MCP panel, a daisy chain cable kit. Are the daisy chain termination plugs necessary? For it to work together correctly should I for sure use the termination plugs?

The daisy chain termination plugs and external power supply are necessary for correct connection. You can find the schematic diagram on Connection Mode of CS 737X MCP - Cockpit Simulator.
