EFIS Range Knob Misbehaving

I recently received my EFIS and it’s running on the latest firmware, 1.0.1.

The range knob does not activate all the ranges. It is only triggering the 80, 160, and 320 indents and in some cases not at all. Please see the linked video. Any way to fix it or does it need replacing?
