Mcp and efis disconnecting from spad next

Sir,

After a certain flight time, the EFIS and MCP are disconnecting from Spad Next. This happens several times during the flight. To get it working again, you need to open the Spad Next window, select the device and click on the RCONNECT button, which is very inconvenient. Some help?

Sorry, there is currently no more convenient way to restore the connection.

Can you provide the specifications for the extra power supply for the CS 737X MCP?

It’s DC 5.5mm x 2.1mm power input (DC 9 to 24V, 2A). log on our website---->shop---->CS 737X MCP---->connectors,then you will find the specifications of the power supply.
