MCP shows lights but only shows888

Just got my MCP to go with the CDU I have Windows 11 and am using MFS pmdg 737.
Unit lights up with all 888 showing Both show up in the device check but only the CDU works

I have the same problem only i have Windows 10 . I send one email don t get replay
