My 737 CDU Device Cant work In FSX STEAM

When i use pmdg 777 /737 /747 ,my CDu DEVICE have no screen ,
but work fine in test ,please help me

Please provide your PMDG version, we need to look into it. In addition, you can check whether the installation information of FSX steam is detected on the test page of CDU.
