I am having trouble dialing un the mcp alititude setting. Sometimes I have to go back and then forward as every click is not changing the altititude on the mcp. The other dials works just fine. suggestions?

Also, I put the mcp into device test mode, when I turn the dial it shows the knob being turned in both directions…again, other knobs operate normally…so I do believe the bridge is the issue.
I have yet to receive any kind of reply from support.
